Follow these steps to see the home page and menu:
Download revision 2581 of ihams/ (see below), run "mvn clean install" in the ihams/ directory, then "mvn jetty:run-war" in the ihams/ihams-art/art-ui-webwork/ directory, and finally point your browser to: http://localhost:8080/art-ui-webwork/index.action
