Delivery 4

In this delivery we changed the goals for what we needed to do, according to the demands of the other groups and the project. The indicator support should have been implemented, at least an initial interface for retrieving calculated indicator values. So that the bridge module can use this interface to work with the 1.4 database. We failed to get this into the repository before the dead line for this delivery. The Hibernate implementation of SurveryDataStore was not implemented, since we have had no requests for support for survey data. The focus in this period has been on the Milestone 1 branch, with all the necessary issues related to that.
